I ordered from muraad store and i ordered three items all same size, one of the item did not fit right. I contacted them and they did respond after couple of days on whatsapp stating that if i need return i hv to pay for S/H which i did not agree cuz its not my fault so i gave them an honest review and next day got an email stating that they will send a free label if i remove my review, i said i would once i get my refund. I sent them the item and they hv received it since that day i hv emailed them 4 times asking about my refund and no reply from them. Very disappointing. Still waiting to hear from them and my refund. Seems like very bad customer service and i felt tricked and cheated. WILL NOT ORDER EVER AGAIN FROM THEM. PLEASE BE AWARE. MOST OF THESE DESI WEBSITES ARE SCAMS!

I ordered 2 items from Muraad back in December as I’ve previously ordered and loved their clothes but they were never delivered.

I emailed several times asking for help and received no response. At that point, I asked for a refund simply because I could not keep waiting with no communication especially when the items involved a large amount of money.

The only time I heard back was after I opened a dispute with my bank. I was told I would be refunded if I closed the dispute, which I did in good faith.

That refund never came. Since then I’ve been left chasing and waiting, feeling stressed and disappointed. The whole situation has been exhausting and completely unnecessary.

What makes this even harder to understand is seeing other reviews say they received prompt replies and refunds whilst I have been left without my items or money.

I’m out of pocket and would strongly urge others to be cautious before ordering.

Very disappointed with the quality of the item. In the photos it looked great quality but unfortunately its made quite poorly with stitching coming off. The velvet shawl doesn even sit properly. The part pf the shawl with embroidery looks cheap. Bad experience from delivery time till receiving the item. All thumbs down for muraad retail. Never buying again. P.s. no return or refunds for UK customers. Money waisted 100%

They were understanding when the outfits I ordered were too large..organising quick returns, refunds and exchanges. Communication was great. Always providing prompt replies. The outfits are lovely and I look forward to wearing them at the events i bought them for. I will definitely order from them again.

Contacted customer service with emails several times to find out what the return process is as it is not advertised on their website , have been waiting for a reply and it only states to call them not on a u.k number a Pakistani telephone number

I’m very concerned about the quality and lack of customer service response.
Received my items and the top is damaged and faulty. I’m really hoping this can be resolved as no one from the email address ever responds. Will keep you all updated. Will upload pictures.

I contacted them three separate times about my order not arriving, even though it’s been over a month since I placed it. There has been absolutely no response. Extremely poor customer service. I will not be ordering from them again and I recommend to everyone to avoid

AVOID! Really shocked at the customer service from Muraad. I ordered my product on 23rd December, the delivery updated to ‘in transit’ on the 5th of January. I received no shipping link with tracking info at this time. I tried to contact the company several times via email, telephone, Instagram DM, WhatsApp. I received no clear communication from them and when they did finally respond to me (probably after I left a comment on their Instagram photo), I was told that “I would receive the item soon”. Absolutely ridiculous! My item had not even been shipped. I was relying on this company as I had a function to wear my outfit. They ruined this for me. I did receive a refund. Beware before you buy from here, in my opinion they don’t know what they’re doing and are a scam!

I ordered a suit in December and it still has not arrived.
I contacted this company for an update and received one vague response that provided no real information. After that, I sent three further emails and was completely ignored. No replies. No explanation. No delivery. Nothing.
Taking customers’ money and then failing to deliver orders — while also ignoring repeated contact — is completely unacceptable. This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced.
At this point I have no suit, no clear information, and no confidence that this company is handling orders responsibly.
I strongly advise others to think very carefully before ordering from here. If you have a deadline or need your order on time, do not rely on this company.

I ordered a suit from this company. The suit arrived with loose strings all over, writing all over. I went back to them to ask for a return and refund, they agreed and gave me an address to return it to at my own expense. I asked for a return label and was told they will come back to me with the label. This was 3 weeks ago and I have emailed 5 times since and no response. I spent £85 on this suit and they are now ignoring me. Terrible terrible terrible service and clothes are not even good quality. Extremely disappointed.

The delivery was in time.
The outfit material is as described. Size ordered L, is surely larger than 14-16 UK size for Kurta.
The Duppata/ Shawl Material is splendid.
