Very very shocking company, I wish I looked at the reviews before I ordered from them. Ordered from them November last year, told me its been delivered but didn't receive my order. They told me to chase Yodel WHICH IS THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE. I shouldn't have to be doing their job for them. Still haven't received my parcel till today. Never buy from this company they are scammers!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They buy their clothes from China and then sell to EU countries for rip off prices. They do not tell you on their website they buy from China. The clothing was poor quality and did not fit due to Asian sizing. They do not provide return labels and now I am having to pay to send the clothing back to China including customs charges. I am still fighting for my refund. The worst experience I have ever had with a company.

Would give minus if I could. This company has not refunded a parcel not received. My son is now £118 out of pocket for 2 pairs of shoes he ordered that got sent back to the company before he could collect then. We have emails loads and they have ignored every email. Not refund. And no response. Going to go to small claims court for the money now. They need to pay and my son needs his money.

Do not trust this company. Late delivery wrong size. I ordered a jacket took some time to get delivered. Once it arrived the jacket too small. Email the company. Told a partial refund. Received the partial refund. Very poor but took it better than nothing. Ordered another same jacket as I was happy with the material. Again too small. Sent jacket at my expense very costly. Then Received an email saying I had to pay an extra £27
90 import charges. Told them were to stick it.got in touch with my bank. Got my money back from them.PLEASE GIVE THIS COMPANY A MISS

Biggest scam company. Don’t buy anything from here!! Its cheap quality crap which they say is from the Netherlands but they don’t even have a shop or warehouse

I had a positive experience with both placing my order and receiving the items. Delivery took around a week, which was clearly explained due to high shipping demand.

Bought a pair of shoes more than 3 months ago, received and didn’t look like the pictures online. Very cheap material (plastic) made in china, not leather as advertised! This is misleading! I asked for refund and they told me I had to send the shoes back to China at my expense which I did but after two months for no reason they have been returned to me?! Shocking service, will never order again from these untrusted kind of fake websites!

delivery came later than tracking said which was a bit annoying. trousers themselves are solid though and feel durable. i’ll probably keep them.

DREADFUL SCAM COMPANY. I should have checked all the other terrible reviews before I ordered! But I didn't, will be more careful in the future as the world seems increasingly full of shysters, like this company, whoever they really are!

Terrible, slow communications.

Tried to return it at my own expense. Just got the horrible thing returned today by Royal Mail from Holland. I had used the correct address from the "website" but the parcel came back saying REFUSED DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS.

I had a really bad experience with this company. Delayed delivery, bad quality clothes, and bad customer service with delayed responses and not resolving the issue.

Ordered a pair of shoes; they took 4 weeks to arrive and were too small. Tried to contact customer service but they use different tactics to avoid taking returns, providing refunds, or accepting exchanges. They are not in the Netherlands either!
Biggest mistake (lesson learned!) was not checking Trustpilot before purchasing; I wouldn’t have wasted my money or time trying to get a resolution.

AVOID - Ordered a quarter zip, quality is terrible, like paper. Not as advertised in pictures with metal zip, it’s a paper zip. Size was 2 sizes smaller than advertised. Now won’t offer a full refund despite offering 30 day money back guarantee. Automated email response, won’t provide shipping label to return. Reported to NL Trading standards who will be investigating.

The delivery was fast, and I ordered a sweater for my boyfriend. The quality exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again.

Cheap Chinese trash!. RIP OFF COMPANY FROM CHINA.

Delivery was quick and thanks to the clear product information it was easy to pick the right size. The fit is slightly oversized so I chose a size S instead of M which worked perfectly.

I wish i could give this company a 0 as 1* is just too generous.

I believe they are a drop shipping business. They claim to be based in the Netherlands, but I am very skeptical.

My order took approx 3 weeks to be delivered.

As many people have mentioned, the sizes are relatively small for European sizes i.e. I ordered a Medium and Large and both were a size smaller than expected.

Customer Service is atrocious as they use diversionary tactics to avoid taking returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Avoid them at all costs! Companies like this do not deserve your money and do not deserve to be operational either.

I wish I had gone on TP before processing my order. It would have saved me a lot of time and money.

Scam company. Claims to be based in UK (or elsewhere), all products from China. Clothes not as advertised and cheap low quality, long wait on delivery, returns have to be sent back to China at buyer's expense, company requires return items to be marked unlawfully as less than they're worth and then tries to trick you into paying the customs fees on the parcel. Avoid at all costs.

I foolishly ordered an item from this website before checking reviews. After placing an order I never received a confirmation email but luckily I had a screenshot of the order number. The website states that a cancellation within 2 hours of the order via email will cancel the order. I cancelled within 1 hour of the order and yet again no reply email received. My item was then received via myself about a week later. I have tried to email them explaining the situation but they want me to except the cost of return which I shouldn't have to die to cancelling the product within their return window. The product is of very low quality and nowhere near what is advertised on the website. Please do not make the same mistake I did!!!

Item took 3 weeks to arrive. Terrible cheap quality with zero shape to it and not at all reflective of the pictures advertised online. Paid £60 for a coat that isn’t worth £5! Emailed to get a return label as per instructions on the website and have received no reply.
**AVOID AT ALL COSTS!**

Placed an order 3 weeks ago had no confirmation email now there saying they haven't had the order but they took the money they have emailed me occasionally to ask again for my email address to trace the order which they have at this point I just want my money back
