I've had a great experience sending my newsletter using beehiiv. The platform is easy to use and navigate, there are always new features being added, and the new website builder is awesome.
Even with improvements and new features being added, it doesn't feel overwhelming or like I'll need to learn something new because the help articles in the knowledge base give me all the information I need, and the support team is always ready to answer any questions I have.
If you're looking for a solution to send your newsletter, I'd recommend beehiiv over any other.

When I first started on beehiiv, I thought I was going to write a newsletter about parenthood. Then realized I know nothing about it, and decided to pivot to music. Changing my title, my design, basically everything, was super easy. Instead of wanting to change things but it being too hard, I actually did it and now my publication is better, my subscribers are growing, and I'm thrilled.

What really stood out was all the options that made changing not just easy, but intuitive. I was able to get up and running in no time, without all the headaches I was expecting.

absolutely loved the platform. I just wish the automation system is a bit more robust like ConvertKit. Other than that, it's perfect!

I switched over from Kit a few years ago, because we have had better analytics dashboard that helped us scale faster on both the acquisition and engagement side, and I've never regretted the decision to switch to Beehiiv! Their customer support is fantastic, and they ship new features faster than any other software product I've ever seen. I've literally paid for hundreds at this point.

Started a newsletter/website about food history on beehiiv - very easy to get started on the free tier. Also nice to have multiple monetization options like ads and paid subs, though I'm still on the free plan trying to grow. Highly recommend!

I've been sending my newsletter The Daily Dad Joke through beehiiv for over a year now. It's been a great platform and they're always adding new things. It was super easy to set up my domain and start sending. Also the websites look great, even without me doing much of anything.

With beehiiv, I'm able to easily monetize my newsletter, and turn around and invest those earnings right back into growing my audience through their boost feature. Plus I've never met a faster, more thoughtful support team in the wild! I always know I'm in good hands if I run into an issue (which doesn't happen often, thankfully). If you're thinking about starting a newsletter, you'll wanna try beehiiv!

In previous roles, I've used a few newsletter and email tools. Primarily Mailchimp, Flodesk, and Customer.io. For an editorial newsletter especially, beehiiv blows them out of the water. Mailchimp and Flodesk don't compare. Customer.io is a great tool, to be fair, just not for editorial newsletters.

I immediately took to the Notion-style editor (I'd already spent a couple years doing all my writing in Notion, feels unnatural writing in Google Docs nowadays). Analytics are great. Best email newsletter tool I've used to date.

I was talking to a friend about setting up a newsletter together the other day, and when we were talking about things we wanted to do it was funny how often we said "oh, beehiiv does that already?" Email deliverability? Website creation built in? Advertising tools? Growth engines? Podcast pages? Discord community tools? All baked in already, and with new features added at a rate that would be considered insane from most companies.

Can't imagine starting up a media project anywhere else at this point.

I recently migrated my 13k list to beehiiv from Buttondown (I started my newsletter business at Substack). I am impressed by the way the onboarding went - I had a very particular problem with link shortening, and the team was very helpful in resolving it.

On top of that, when I emailed one of the co-founders, Tyler, he replied and helped me resolve the challenges also giving me some tips in the process: I felt appreciated as a customer. I am really looking forward to growing together with them.

What I am looking most forward to:
- digital products
- all the growth opportunities

I am a new customer and had a specific request, regarding the API, that support at first couldn't assist me with.

Without me pushing, they didn't give up and at the end the issue was solved. Even CEO involved himself. Impressed by the dedication and genuine willingness to help.
