Appartement spacieux, assez bien équipé (1 seul verre à vien et pas de tire bouchon) et tres bien placé dans Florence. En revanche, la literie n’est pas à la hauteur. Matelas mous et lits qui grincent énormément.

We loved our stay in Florence in this charming apartment. First, location...could not be more convenient to all we wanted to see and do. Second, very comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms, nice kitchen. Third, interesting decor. Fourth, amazing views - rooftops, Palazzo Vecchio terrace.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who does not need an elevator.

I want to thank MMega Homes & Villas for the experience we had during our stay in Florence, Italy. They were welcoming, punctual, communicative and definitely a great host. I had to say they were very accommodating as well, allowing us to have an early. check-in since due to the extreme weather my daughter experienced fever and we got to Florence earlier than the set check in time which was at 3pm. We were in the apartment by 11:45am. In addition, they allow us to have an extra guess for a couple of days for a very convenient and reasonable fee. The property is located in a perfect area at Santo Spirito, near everything you can imagine by the Arno River, restaurants, shopping area in the heart of the most iconic and majestic surroundings that Florence has to offer. Thank you for your hospitality, we are looking forward to visiting Florence again in the near future, there is still so much to see there.

Great location, very central and easy to find and walk around. The apartment is comfortable and convenient and was warm in the winter.

The check in process was smooth.
Vladimir was in contact with us and made sure everything was working in the apartment.

The location was amazing! The fireworks over the Duomo on New Years Eve was something to see.

The apartment was nice, well located, and comfortable. If we had booked it just for sleeping, it would have been sufficient.
Unfortunately, the bedding provided was inadequate for a proper night's sleep, the flat was hard to heat, and the kitchen was poorly equipped (only one pan, no tablespoon, insufficient cooking oil, toilet paper, and dish soap). We had no possibility to trash our rubbish according to recycling criteria.
Moreover, we chose this place because it was advertised with two beds, but only one was made up with sheets and blankets. I had to contact customer service and pay an extra €15—despite initially being asked for €145—for something I reasonably expected to be included. I am afraid that, if I had not been Italian, the price would have been 145...
It's a great spot for enjoying the center of Florence, but the overall concept seems tailored more to mass tourism than to offering a truly welcoming experience.

posizione davvero strategica per questo appartamento, super vicino a piazza della Signoria e agl'Uffizi. Ma...nelle descrizione dell'alloggio hanno ommesso che per salire non c'è l'ascensore, e ci sta visto che si parla di una casa in centro, ma che le rampe di scale siano davvero ripide lo si poteva scrivere.
l'arredamento è minimale e un po di recupero e orami rovinato, il divano letto davvero da cambiare perché si dorme con una sbarra sulla schiena e la testa più bassa rispetto ai piedi, la pulizia generica ok ma ogni tanto le ragnatele si devono levare. il bagno non è finestrato e non è riscaldato perchè i termosifoni non si accendevano per cui ho dovuto mettere il condizionatore a palla per scaldare il bagno che tra le altre cose perdeva acqua del tubo di scarico. Ho chiesto coperte appena siamo arrivati ma non sono state portate e nessuno mi ha risposto ai messaggi di sollecito.
a parte questo siamo stati bene ma la cura dei dettagli e delle piccolezze sono importanti, spero che le critiche possano essere costruttive

La location era ottima, molto vicina alle piazze principali, quindi comoda per muoversi a piedi.
Tuttavia, ci sono stati diversi problemi nell’appartamento. Non funzionava il riscaldamento, non erano disponibili i telecomandi dei condizionatori e la caldaia non riusciva a riscaldare l’ambiente. Inoltre, per la notte non era presente alcuna coperta extra.
Uno dei lavandini era intasato e non scaricava l’acqua, mentre durante la doccia la pressione dell’acqua variava continuamente, passando da forte a molto debole.

In generale, la posizione è ottima, ma la gestione dell’appartamento andrebbe migliorata.

La nostra esperienza presso M Mega Homes and Villas è stata purtroppo molto deludente. Eravamo un gruppo di 5 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli e la casa era estremamente fredda fin dal nostro arrivo. I telecomandi per i condizionatori non erano presenti e la caldaia non scaldava affatto. Abbiamo contattato più volte l’assistenza, che ha provato ad aiutarci solo telefonicamente, ma senza alcuna soluzione. Ci è stato chiesto di trovare i telecomandi dei condizionatori, ma in realtà non erano presenti da nessuna parte in casa. Inoltre mancavano elementi basilari: niente ferro da stiro, la macchinetta del caffè era senza capsule, i cuscini erano vecchissimi e scomodi, e c’era soltanto una coperta molto leggera senza nessuna coperta extra a disposizione. I bambini hanno passato la notte al freddo e per un alloggio con questo prezzo ci aspettavamo certamente uno standard molto più alto. Uno dei lavandini era completamente bloccato e l’acqua ristagnava, quindi eravamo costretti a lavarci le mani nel bidet.
Il costo non è assolutamente giustificato rispetto ai servizi offerti e alla qualità generale dell’alloggio.

lo único que creemos PUEDE MEJORAR es el horario del check-out. ( A las 10 de la mañana es demasiado pronto.)

Apartment was infested with insects. We all got bit up by mosquitoes and other insects. All windows and doors were shut. Local management was of no help.

I booked an apartment from MMega expecting a clean, safe place to stay. I am sharing my personal experience so others can make informed decisions.

I booked this room and quickly discovered serious mold issues throughout. There was a strong smell, and I found visible mold near the bed, behind furniture, and around the windows. I have medical documentation advising me to leave immediately due to the health risks.

A professional inspector later evaluated the situation. He explained that, in their expert opinion, the remediation would likely cost €8,000 or more because the moisture and damage appear long-term and structural. The inspector confirmed it was not safe for me to stay in that apartment.

Throughout this process, I tried repeatedly to communicate with the rental company, but I was eventually blocked on WhatsApp and email, making it impossible for me to resolve anything directly.

I also personally visited the business addresses associated with the rental. In my experience, none of the locations had any operational office, which raised even more concerns.

The individual connected to the rental, Edobardo Mancetti, appears to be associated with multiple business names, and in my opinion, the overall pattern of communication and behavior felt extremely unprofessional and misleading. I also believe many of the positive reviews may be false. They do not reflect the same experience I suffered. This company also seems to have multiple fake listings across many platforms. These listings are not available, but clients are directed to other listings that are disguising or falsely advertised. Rentals that were showing up online, available for certain dates, were not available when contacting the company.

I regret giving this company money and hope this review helps others.
