there are significant delays because of rotating strikes around mail rn, so I’m holding out on shipping things until that changes to prevent further headaches - so I’m not sure! but hopefully within the year… ah….

working on ep.1 of dust. i’m probably going to change this lighting? cuz its hard to see stuff but i like it so here it is.

also was ALMOST done the lines but decided to add 6 more pages just to space things out (now there’s 25 of them ;-;). Fighting with my habit of cramming the story into as few pages as possible… bad for atmosphere, double bad for spooky vibes. probably.

started reading Heart of Gold, those pages dedicated to just atmosphere shots are great inspo! they are so pretty…

Howdy, and thank you sm!

I went over how I picked colours for the animatic here… which is pretty much how I go about it normally. Though for stills and the like its easy to tweak colors as I go.

Most of the time I have a base color in the background and pick everything relative to that colour. e.g. if the background is green, light skin tones would be moving the colour wheel towards yellow and desaturation a bit. Since we are moving from green to light orange.
