satosugu wow wow okay rip out my heart and tear it into pieces why dont you this is amazing masterful even “use me” comes up the moment when suguru says that there would be meaning in killing him and its right over where satoru is standing and then we see the full shot of satoru with “choose me” but the “me” is what's centered and its just like he's saying “is being with me not enough” in a way that only they know and then you hear suguru say satoru's name only to see him barely holding it together before he calls himself “stupid” and cries also the last two shots being the only ones in full color because everything else was just memories is heartbreaking ugh and rewatching for the nth time i notice that the beginning quick-paced flash animation (lots of images very quickly after one another) is the ONLY use of it in the whole animation its like satoru cannot keep up emotionally with what he's remembering this is so great thank you for sharing this with us op
