Having read all those Trustpilot,5 star ,positive reviews about SUBDIAL,I approached the and successfully bought 3 special watches as collectors' items in 2023.Very recently, I decided to dispose of them due to security reasons and reluctantly contacted SUBDIAL, fearing raw deal or even refuse to buy back. Obviously I was expecting to lose some money but contrary to my expectations ED, Johnas and the female staff member at finance treated me with utmost respect and understanding, from start to finish. Arranged those items to be picked up by a reliable courier. ED was kind enough offer very fair price that I did not have to haggle. The whole thing was completed within a week and my money was remitted without any delay. Professional, most efficient, honest and trustworthy experienced staff at SUBDIAL made everything easy for me. I am very happy and would strongly recommend SUDIAL to anyone looking to BUY/SELL expensive watches .Fantastic experience.

Disappointed with Jess. Had a video call meeting on the 8th of January to try and get the ball moving on a mortgage offer for me and my partner - both first time buyers. Jess seemed knowledgeable however we sent some bits that she asked us to send over, still to this day are yet to receive a reply, this is despite emailing her again to ask if theres any update. Since then we found another mortgage broker who have us an official offer on a house within 2.5 weeks. Also costing us £400 less. Feel as though because we didnt have the sizeable income other people may have she chose not to bother. Would've been nice to at least be updated and not left lingering. It's cost her a customer and its cost Haart Estate Agents a transaction, we've chosen to go with another estate agent based off principle despite liking a property on Haart in Bracebridge Heath

I have had two bundles of cream bedding over the past 4 years. On both duvet covers the buttons fall off. When busy, there is not always time to sew them back on and some have been lost. I politely wondered if they had any replacement buttons, but was totally ignored when using both their 'contact us' part of the website and their email. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Remarkably poor customer service. No excuse for it! I have had sets of cheap bargain bedding in the past and no buttons have gone missing, so this seems to be a quality control issue. No matter, I will buy replacement buttons but will NEVER purchase from Linen Bundle or it affiliated companies again. Service and manners matter. Beware.

I cannot thank all the staff enough at The St John & St Elizabeth hospital for all the care I’ve received for my recent operation. In particular my graceful appreciations to Mr Vibhash Mishra - Consultant Urologist who performed the OP. His care, professionalism and expertise is second to none! Also my thanks to Mr Dylan Viswanatha- Consultant Anaesthetist for being so comforting as he put me out. Other members of staff fully deserve recognition such as the the two reception members of staff and also Jeizelle Manliguis - Recovery Nurse, Daisy Wurie -Heath Care Assistant and Alaskan Dra - Senior Staff Nurse.

First I get a mail from them telling me that they don't deliver to my country (Belgium) and and that they don't have any in stock ask if I want a refund so I say yes. Then I don't hear from them for a day of 2 and suddenly I get a message that they do have some in stock and they are sending one. After waiting for 9 days ( they did say 7-14 workdays) I get my keyboard. The keyboard itself is very beautiful and nice, everything is in the box, inside the box, the keyboard safely prepacked, instructions, reserve keys, in 2 things for taking out keys. I'm now very happy with it.

The only reason I give it a 4, instead of a 5, it’s because when you order it, you don’t realize that it’s coming from outside the country so it takes nearly 2 weeks to get it. I think telling somebody upfront that it’s gonna take a while for delivery is probably much better than sitting here, just expecting it to be delivered and the tracking system needs to be better. The tracking system even said that it was out for delivery and it still took it a day and a half to get there. If I knew it was coming from another country I would’ve ordered way earlier.

I’ve been using Pulsed Media’s services for many years now, and I’ve been generally pleased with their services and pricing. They offer HTTPS and SFTP connections, and it’s generally easy to log in and get things done. I’ve experienced occasional outages where their server is down and I’ve been unable to log in. Fixing those requires submitting a ticket online; the response time has varied (plus they have a 9-hour time difference from me), but it’s often been resolved within 1 to 3 days. That occasional inconvenience is offset by their generous pricing.

I never received a confirmation order or notification of dispatch. I left it a week to see whether royal mail were just delayed but as soon as I contacted the company I was told the package was lost and a replacement would be sent with next day delivery. I received a notification from royal mail straight away advising they had my order. The next day the replacement was delivered and half the order was wrong. Some of the items weren't as advertised. No response from the team now. It's taken nearly 2 weeks to get anything sorted.

Best I can tell, the tracker was lost in our neighbors yard. When I try and locate the tracker with the app, the location jumps all over the place. I get close and BAM, it's showing several hundred yards away,,, get close,,, Bam it's the other direction 100's of yards away. The alarm is so faint, I can't hear it more than 10 feet away on a good day. The light isn't helping either. This is deep woods florida, so there isn't much of a chance stumble uppon it. The batteries are near dead so I've given up the search.

I have COPD and developed a persistent cough that was causing mild leakage. These underwear have truly made a difference in my daily life. They’ve given me the confidence to go out again without constantly worrying. I now own 20 pairs because they’re that reliable. They’re incredibly absorbent and soft, and unlike traditional pads, they keep my skin dry and free from odour. They also wash beautifully and dry quickly, which makes them even more practical. I’m very grateful to have found them. Thank you!

I would easily give zero stars if that was an option. If you ever want access to your money DO NOT open an “open” bank account. I have been stuck now for two weeks trying to get my money for a house closing. They don’t allow you to wire money out and every day there’s a different reason why my money has not been sent. Endless loop of 2-3 business day review period with no hope or resolution in sight. AVOID at all costs

I have always found Lakeland to be excellent in every way but disappointed that they have closed their shop in Ipswich. I used to pop in there regularly and always purchased something from their discount dept and usually ended up buying other items too. I now buy items via your online website on a far less regular basis and guess other customers do too now.
