We may request the item to be returned in unused, unopened, and original condition before processing a replacement.

b) Defective or Damaged Items

c) Severe Shipping Delays (Courier Fault)

If your order experiences an unreasonable delay caused by the courier, we will investigate with the delivery partner. Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion after confirmation.


3. Return Conditions (If Approved)

If a return is approved:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping may be required
  • We may reimburse return postage up to the lowest standard shipping cost
