Refund policy
If you'd like to return an item, I will accept anything unworn and non-customized for a refund or an exchange. Customized pieces include: any piece of jewelry that you've added a custom note to before checkout under "Special instructions", or any custom projects. These customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
Contact me within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange, then you have 14 days after that to ship the item(s) back. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping label/return shipping costs.

I will refund you or send out an exchange upon receipt of your returned item(s).
Items bought during a sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you would like an alteration to an item or you've changed your mind about what you want after receiving a custom item, please contact me. I will charge an additional price of what I think is fair to re-make or alter the item.
