From the clear demarcation of a new era with the three blank posts on his Instagram to his first time showing up with a full set of painted nails (yes, they were black, but goddamn it at the time, it was as wild as seeing him in a dress), I can’t even sum up what a shift it was for him and how absolutely feral the fandom went at the time.

Yes, I remember that. This is not info, actually. Louis was not *publicly* there but it was mentioned in articles before that both Harry and Louis attended the wedding. I even remember that we were thinking it could be a mistake at first LOL but yeah, they were probably there together.

So this is when he went to Jon Geller’s wedding on June 3 2017. It was a destination wedding in Hawaii. He went with Jeff and Glenne. It’s the same wedding where he played with the little girl all weekend:

And he is honestly SO drunk, he’s slurring his words and talking so slow. Those women came to introduce themselves and he’s joking around with them in his drunken state that he’s gonna marry the groom’s sister LOL. That’s a cliche wedding joke, like if you go to a wedding you’re meant to get with one of the bridesmaids. He’s clearly being his charming albeit drunk self. Plus, he caught the bouquet, can you blame him?

Hi anon! Louis actually started following Dover Street Market in February 2017, which is a multi-brand retailer and The Great Frog has a store there.
And the Rose ring first appeared in March 2017, when Harry was papped outside a studio in London.
Louis was also seen very close to a The Great Frog store in Soho around that same time.
I thought I was the only one who thought he took way too much from oasis. But I also think Louis goes through phases where he get obsessed with something and then drops it completely lol. I too want to see more high fashion. The observer photo shoot style was literally a wet dream. Him paying football, hearing tailored pants on his tip toes, Hahn he looked like a rich football 🥵🥵🥵 ( also his hair then: perfection)

Keeping the tradition alive. In looking over the others that I did (find them here), I always remarked about how shitty the previous year was. In retrospect, congrats, Kati, you played yourself.
But I think it might surprise you guys to hear me say…I actually thought this year wasn’t so bad! Maybe I’m finally dead inside. Or maybe I’m the Oprah walking across the coals gif with this fandom these days.
Either way, 2017 had it’s rough spots, for sure, but it had a lot of fun times, too. And Harry & Louis could be found in each of those types of moments this year, almost like they’re still together or something wild like that.

1. Louis changed his travel arrangements when Robin passed away, staying in the UK 2 extra days, and when Harry had surgery on his wrist when he stayed in LA an extra week
I picked this as my number 1 because I don’t think there’s a more obvious or profound way to observe these two still care a great deal about each other and act like a married couple. All of these combined moments…other people who show these levels of support and presence during both major professional and personal events like birthdays, deaths in the family and medical procedures, on top of sharing travel and work patterns, are called married/committed/solidly in a relationship.
