“You’re early,” Zoey noted, eyes glittering.
“I hope you don’t mind.”
“If it means more Rumi time I’m all for it.” Zoey grabbed Rumi’s hand, pulling her away from the door. Mira laughed and followed them to the couch.
She sat, only for Zoey to pull her head down into her lap and Rumi to pull her feet up into hers. Zoey’s fingers started to knead at her scalp and she felt Rumi’s hands on her feet and Mira melted.
