• New Webhooks feature has been launched. Through Webhooks, StaffConnect can send data to any RESTful API application. Webhooks can be found in settings -> webhooks

• US talent can now link a debit card for rapid transfer withdrawal, allowing funds to be received within one business day. Link a card from the user profile -> settings -> payment
• Talent can now download tax info from their profile -> settings -> payment (Customers using StaffConnectPay only)

Default notes have been added to client bookings. Use this to ask clients to fill out booking notes according to a template. Edit from Settings -> System -> Client - Default booking notes

Outsourced companies have been added to the user export. Type "outsource" in the extra user info field to select the column.

Staff with a 'cancelled' status in a shift will no longer be shown to other staff or team leaders assigned to the shift.

We've updated StaffConnect to accomadate the ability to have not expired qualifications assigned as role Requirements.When setting a skills & qualifications attribute as a requirement in a role, you now have the following options:- Attribute yes = Staff have the attribute (can be expired)- Attribute no = Staff don't have the attribute at all- Attribute not expired = Staff have the attribute and it will not be expired on the date of the shift.

You can now use your keyboard up and down arrows to sort roles, handy for when you have shifts with a large amount of roles. Click the role 3 dot menu, select 'Move' and use your arrow keys.

You can now sort Files in your File Manager by column. Simply click a column heading to sort all files by alphabetical order. Click the heading again to sort in reverse order.

We've added a new filter for shifts, available on the calendar, list and export views.Type an exclamation mark followed by your search term to filter for shifts which do not have your search term in their title. eg typing "!cadbury" will filter for those shifts which do not have "cadbury" in their title.

We have set up a way for you to be able to export your forms from StaffConnect in bulk.

Please go to Reports & Uploads > Completed Forms > Select the forms name that you want to export > Select Download Zip. More info can be found here.

A new setting has been added to control whether unapproved expenses appear on staff generated invoices.

The 'pay detail' and 'bill detail' option on the shift spreadsheet export has been modified. Previously multiple pay rates (due to overtime or pay level rules) would be comma separated in a single cell, now they are displayed one per row.

A new filter has been added to the users table to filter for those who do not have any work areas selected on their profile. Start typing "no work" in the filter box and select the first option "No Work Areas"

Shift groups now have notes displayed on the Notes & Attachments tab. Updating the notes here will update the notes across all shifts in the group.

• You can now filter your Calendar to see which shifts have surveys attached and which do not. Simply start typing 'Survey' into the search filter and then select 'No Surveys Assigned' in the calendar filter to filter for any shifts that do not have Surveys assigned.

• Pay and Bill rates have been updated to display more detail and allow automatic overtime calculation.
• Pay rate will no longer need to be reset to the role if a time change is made when using pay levels.
• Where pay levels are used the rate will no longer be saved as a flat rate, instead multiple hourly rates will be saved. Staff will see total pay for an event rather than multiple hourly rates.
• Total pay will be displayed in automatic available shift emails and wherever the [rate] tag is used in message templates. Note that when sending an email the pay rate will now appear as a tag like [rate|123] (where 123 will be a random number). This will be replaced with the actual pay rate once the email is sent, as it is not possible to show just one pay rate when the recipients of the email may have different pay rates (due to different pay levels or overtime rules being applied)https://staffconnect.helpspace-docs.io/article/147/overview
