“Prodigal Daughter” (S07E11, Stardate UNKNOWN) is an episode that sneaks up on you. One part murder mystery, one part psycho analysis of a broken family. The story takes its time to breathe and the emotional punch hits hard and is earned. Nicole de Boer really does well with her role here.

The inspiration for my episode poster comes from the Orion Syndicate wanting to move in on Ezri’s family. The snapped strings are Ezri and her brothers breaking out of that potential control.

I was informed this was a family establishment, but to my suprise my young sons were exposed to absolute DEPRAVITY! I wanted to take them to witness gambling and how to profit off it, but the females attending were FULLY CLOTHED!
