I built a massive fleet of vehicles like missile vehicles and Icbm vehicles, also some missile silos, but when I select them for a war plan and the buildings to target, it doesn't work, the boats fire at the enemy but the missiles dont work. Even when i manually click attack and on a city it just shows a 🚫 sign, any help would be appreceated...

I'm requesting HELP??? ICBM doesn't show on my monitor? Every other game launches to the game menu, but when I click PLAY its running just not on screen. What did I do wrong?
