I honestly didn't understand anything xD

I started the game last Tuesday (2/4) on a new save, and was pleasantly surprised when the game also noticed my old demo save, though all I could really do on loading that was watch the outro bit. Now both that demo save and my save from that starting session are MIA; the load option is greyed out on the main menu and all three slots are empty if I try to start a new game. I'm not too far into the game, but I appear to be stuck. The two have been separated from the fence and I reached the tents in the forest before a dove appears. When the dove appeared and the story loaded in to some specific sequence with the character stepping out of a car, the camera locked and I cannot move or do anything. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried reloading multiple times, and hit the unstuck button. I've collected everything up to this point and am a bit worried about having to...

In fullscreen mode my cursor mismatched with my mouse, some options were impossible to alter, other buttons I had to click blindly, focusing on the sound. Alt-tabbing helped to change the game to window mode.
