I missed 2 of them some how, does anybody know the locations of them all?

When I click on the marble maze, Cortus asks me if I'd like to play, but saying yes doesn't open the game.

Hi! Doing a little achievement hunting and there's one for piano notes, but I've finished the game and cannot for the life of me remembering seeing a piano anywhere? It's drum's galore out here tho

Mainly, Destroying all the traps, Freeing the baby dragons, and Completing all the quests Collecting all cards might be bugged, I still couldn't get Gaagi and Kokorokke but that could be me missing out on something I need to do (I haven't beaten Cortus, so that could be why I don't have these cards)...
