Hi all, Is there live online in this game?

I've played some of the games where you can play as any nation, and while that was technically true, in order to actually have a chance to win, you had to pick one of the 6 to 10 superpowers. Is this game any different? Can you, for example, play as Romania, decide that it's payback time and invade Italy and win? And if so, can you get greedy and take over the rest of Europe while at it? Or is it the same old select Romania, invade neighbor, last 4 to 7 turns and get absolutely decimated?...

I was able to dominate 100 percent for China and the United States, but for some reason I didn't receive any achievements after winning. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Should I actually build everything or spam aircraft/reserves?

Hey i've run into a serious problem that makes it literally impossible for me to play the game. No matter what i do it always says "Unable to connect to server. Please check your network connection and try again.". Funny thing, even for every mode in singleplayer, including the tutorial. I reinstalled the game multiple times, tried restarting my pc and even my Wi-Fi router, but nothing seem to work :(...
