I start the game, choose difficulty (tried every difficulty) and press "Let Them Come" wave 1 starts blue ghosts comes and nothing? i am not killing them and they aren't killing me just following me. Am i doing something wrong while starting game or it's a bug?...

Everytime I get to the boss and I die. Has anyone done it and how did you do it? thanks

Liking the game so far, but I have a suggestion. Nerf the $1000 helmet and make it 11 medals instead of 12 medals. What is the point in unlocking the best item in the game after beating hard? If you beat hard, you want a bigger challenge, not an item that will make the game easier... I could really benefit of a stronger helmet to clear hard though. (Note: I have not yet finished normal difficulty, this is based on assumptions)...

I tried to make all of them as annoying as possible :)
