Artillery Purchases from Krupp Family Industries

As Krupp industries are now under the management of Alfried Krupp, it is now of paramount importance that Austro-Hungarian artillery manufacturing increases at double the rate of Krupp industries. Therefore, Goldstein-Cohen & Son have seen to purchase 15 breech loading cannons and multiple breech loading firearms in order to conduct field tests and determine whether we should remain manufacturing muzzle loading firearms or embrace breech loading technology, for the stability and prosperity of Austria-Hungary is at stake if we do not match Krupp industries within Prussia, our long standing foe.

The Nationalities Law of 1867

All citizens of the Kingdom of Hungary, whatever their nationality, constitute a single, indivisible, and a unitary Hungarian nation. As such, there can be no differentiation between them based on nationality or ethnicity. Because of this fact:

All states may choose to add an official local language to be used in local administration

All public schools will use the language chosen by the local government
- The national government will only provide books for schools only in the national languages - Books will be provided by the state government for schools that do not teach in the national languages

All voting centers will have ballots for official and regional languages
- Regional languages include: Romanian, Serbo-Croatian, and Slovak

All state documents will be written in German or Hungarian

All people of the Kingdom of Hungary will have the same basic legal rights

National censuses will be conducted by regional governments
- A person’s ethnicity will not be determined by the language they speak, but by the ethnic group they affiliate with - If someone considers themselves equally affiliated with multiple groups they may choose a mixed option

As there is no Prime Minister or Minister of Justice of the Kingdom of Hungary; I, Andrei Drăculești, Judge-General of the Court of Budapest, hereby put this law into effect as of April, 1867.
