In the Udon-ya envisioned by the Ancient Japanese, Chefs are held accountable to their predecessors, not to the noodle fads of the day. There is nothing wrong with describing traditionalism as protecting the ancient recipies, protecting all things that preserve noodle culture. Fads are the enemy of Authenticity. Changing recipies with centuries of history should be very restrained.

All I do everyday is sit on this website. I have no friends and no job. Any attempt by me to improve my miserable life ends in failure almost immediately and then I come back here. I have no motivation to do anything anymore. I can't even bother with video games. I sleep for 12 hours a day because I just want to not exist and sleep is the closest I can get to that
