We're all starting a new file to keep things safe. No, you cannot use your other file with full space stations orbiting every planet and moon of Jool. We're trying to keep it as fair as possibe.

Any mods are fine (except for hyperedit), as long as you make public which ones you're using. Kudos for using only stock parts.

No secrets. If someone wants to see how you built a rocket, you have to give them the ship file. The is no patent office on Kerbin.

No quitting in the middle because you feel like you arent doing well enough.
