NiP vs Vega

Starting of today with the hardest match to predict imo.
Both teams kinda looked like ♥♥♥♥ so far in the tournament with both teams suffering a recent loss of 16-6 and Vega 16-1 loss to Vitality on their signature map Overpass.
Ive always had the golden rule to never bet on NiP, I just dont know what NiP will show up, they can perform like a top 10 team or they just ♥♥♥♥ the bed and seems like all that experience in Get_Right and f0rest is non-existent.
Meanwhile Vega is the type of team to always perform well when it really matters. Both teams have their backs against the wall but I have to pick the Sharks over the Ninjas on this one.

Map veto, I am not sure who have the highest seed but the veto should look like this

Vitality vs Valience

I dont know but I got a good feeling on Valience taking this bo3 vs Vitality. They already faced each other once 3 days ago and Vitality came up on top. However Valience is a good team and manage to get so far due to anti-stratting their opponents.
For example when they beat mouz twice this tournament is was all due to anti-strats.
I am sure the coach and the players in Valience noticed tendencies and gaps in the french teams defense and offense that they will exploit.
In terms of maps we probably will see similar maps Mirage, Inferno and D2.
There is a lot of value today on Valience to win this match with the odds currently around 2.8~3 odds.

My bet: Valience +1.5 (Valience to win 1 map) 1.50 odds 5 Units, Valience ML 2.88 odds 1 unit.
My prediction: 2-1 Valience

North vs Ence

Same story here, we have a lot of value on North with the ML odds currently sitting at 2~2.25 odds.
Ence looked quite poor yesterday when they beat Valience while North looked really good when they beat Vitality 2-0.
Its very rare to see North being an underdog and I suggest that you do a low bet and grab this value while you can on North, if you are feeling confident you could bet a little bit higher.

My bet: North +1.5 1.35 odds 10 units
My prediction: North 2-1

Dont bet too high on the first matches of the iBP Matches, all of the teams who will be playing havent been playing official games for a long time and this is the first time we see them play in 2019. I will not be betting high or anything at all, will just spectate these first matches and get a feel for the teams.
As they havent played in a long time I wont be able to write any analysis, as I dont know which maps they look good on, what they been practicing and what not.
A lot of these teams have made roster changes, we will see adren for the first time in faze, Zellis in cloud9, Stewie2k in Liquid, freakazoid in Ghost and pancc in LG, Rickeh & n0thing in Complexity.

Yo guys long time no see

I'll be posting predictions in this steam group like back in the old days for the time being! So make sure you check in here daily during the minor for free predictions.

We got a lot of games today to go through, I just woke up so I didnt see the Nemiga vs Gambit & currently watching the Runtime vs pro100 game.

Avangar vs Runtime/pro100

Avangar is the clear favorites to win this match up no matter who they play against, I dont see them falling short so early in the minor.
Currently Runtime & pro100 is playing really scrappy CS with barely anything special to show for, they rely quite a lot of individual random pushes to win them the rounds that could cost them the game. With the experience and team chemistry that Avangar has they will have a huge advantage versus Runtime/pro100.

Odds is currently not out yet for the game, I dont think we will find a lot of value in this match. I expect to see maybe a 1.20 odds~ ML for Avangar.

My Prediction: 2-0 Avangar
My bet: Avangar ML if good odds (Minimum 1.30) 10 units.

Syman vs Gambit

Seems like the game is about to start, wont be able to predict this game in time as they are already doing the veto.

OpTic vs Mouz

Quite a fun match to watch! However no value to find, both teams were kind of lack luster yesterday, OpTic losing to Vitality on D2 and Mouz to Valience on Mirage in a close affair where chrisJ dropped 32 frags with 1.65 rating while the rest of the team wasnt even close to chris numbers.
It's actually quite sick that one of these teams will not be attending the major as this is the group A elimination match.
It would be a huge disappointment if mouz wouldnt go far or go all the way and qualify for the major.
Both teams will be playing under a lot of pressure, especially refrezh who recently got picked up by team OpTic and a lot of the top 20 ranked HLTV players have named him as someone to look out for in 2019.
I am not convinced and I havent seen enough from him to think that hes insane. When he stood in for Cloud9 at Blast he was playing under no pressure as Cloud9 basically had 2 stand-in at the tournament.

Map veto is really hard, both teams kinda like the same maps.

SpaceSoldiers vs North

Xantares leaving SpaceSoldiers most def hurt them in terms of fire power, however they gained a lot of stability and a reliable awper in yam, he looked quite good yesterday in the match versus Ence, however they did play an AWP heavy map (Train). I dont think SpaceSoldiers have enough of practice and team chemistry to go up against a well oiled team like North in a bo3.
As for North they did get stomped by Windigo in a 16-6 loss, but the rounds was much closer than what the scoreboard says, kinda the same story here for North as for Mouz. I expect North to go through this EU minor to the main qualifier without too much issues.
