1 June, 2153

Over 60 years have passed since the War of 2084 which left much of Earth in ruins and killed over 90% of humans in the resulting chaos. Of those who survived, many were able to flee to Mars to continue on and few on Earth managed to survive beyond the nuclear armageddon. The nations of old have long since re-established themselves on Earth, but large portions of the world still remain independent and in anarcy, with Mongolia being no exception.

In the early 2080s, Mongolia was the site of a proxy war caused by Sarif Enterprises and a platform for the IUAS to advance westward with the SANDF eventually joining the fray. This was one of the catalysts for a global nuclear exchange which devastated the world. However, given Mongolia's small population even then, it remained largely unscathed by the rain of nuclear fire. The survivors in it have formed into tribes, nomads and groups, all with different goals and structures. However, there is little interaction with the outside world and beyond.
