PROXYNAME GAMING - STEAMGIFTS GIVEAWAYS
I understand - you don't want to join our weird Steamgroup. You don't know us and you think you'll be spammed every 5 minutes with crap. We've all been there.
Give me one minute.

1. Every week I send out two newsletters. Mostly devoid of rambling.
2. Group members have a choice of games to vote for that week.
3. At the end of the week only Group members can join the giveaways for those winning games (50/60 people competing for each game instead of the hundreds on people on regular Steamgifts).
4. These games are often of better quality then the average SteamGift bundle game, or they're not even bundle games.
5. We also do giveaways for non-members, but these games are, often, not as good. We do it as a form of self-advertising, obviously.
6. What do I get? At the bottom of each newsletter I link to my SG tradelist.
That's it.

The clientele here is largely surly, unappreciative and belligerent.

We don't have a million rules here and we don't spam you every 5 minutes in a desperate attention to get the love we never got from our mothers.

If you have suggestions or just want to say hi, we are very cool with that.

I don't get a ton of feedback so I just keep doing what I'm doing. I occasionally sell items off the tradelist (as many people are interested in purchasing games on SteamGifts as trading) and it's this that allows the Group to keep going. The Group is ALMOST self-financing, and it's this that lets us give away games that aren't just the junk bundle games other people, and Groups, give away because they don't want them.
The intention is to sell things semi-regularly and then put that into buying better games to giveaway. We're getting there slowly.

If you'd like to show your appreciation for our giveaways it would mean a lot to us if you'd at least *take a look* at our tradelists from time to time. If you don't... I'm not saying that I'll find you and slap the bad manners out of you; but that is exactly what will go down.
