I used to really like this game and it was a lot of fun to play with friends. However, with the Matchmaking update, everything broke and went to ♥♥♥♥. Removing quickplay was a mistake because now if you just want a calm game, you have to queue up, wait for at least 5 minutes, and then play a game where people might leave and you won't rank up.

The ranking system is really stupid in "Casual mode." Just make a casual mode without any ranks, or even better, add quickplay back.

Matchmaking is a mess. It's not fun, puts restrictions on the players, and has a horrible ranking system. Most people use configs, and mod their game to better help their game performance. If you're gonna restrict our use of modding the game, better optimize the game for us please so we dont constantly dip in FPS. The ranking system is completely broken. Winning a game means you might rank up one of the small bars, even less than 1/4th of the entire rank. However, if you lose a match, you lose almost a whole rank, no joke. It's ridiculous.

Honestly, not worth playing all Valve wants is money not to make the game enjoyable.
