poorly made patch + DLC that wasn't even properly tested as several bugs which had been fixed in previous updates have been reintroduced and made worse such as frontline unit shuffling. Also, focus trees are poorly designed with pretty much any country being able to be blocked off at almost random chance even with historical AI. Some unit orders don't even work properly such as garrisons and fallback lines with the former moving troops to places you didn't give the order (some of which are in countries you don't even have access too) and the latter essentially functioning as an aggressively executed battleplan
