Ranked system isn't displayed, and who knows if it's actually a "ranked" system or a weighted rank system. It's not authentic regardless. Got to platinum 2 in 2 days on standard cards alone. Either the game is full of bots, or the P2W people only play after work hours.

All earnings, even battle pass are locked behind a timer. If you complete your dailies then you're SOL. You can only earn up to about a pack a day if you're F2P. Packs and cards that have no resale value like the irl cards do in fact.

Now imagine charging for tournaments that will cost you 10k in game currency. That'll take you about 2 weeks to earn F2P if you played daily and cleared ALL quests as they rotate in. For anybody realistically who has a life, that'll take you about 2-3 months. Or you can pay 10 dollars and play in a tournament and earn packs with no real monetary value.

You can just go to a local card shop and play a tournament for 5 dollars USD IRL and have a much better time.

I'll play this game, I'll do my dailies, but I will never give this game money because of how insanely predatory the monetization system is. To anybody who's paying these guys in game gems, just don't. Go buy boxes irl and just play games with your friends if you don't have much time to play. Or just play this for free. I would NOT recommend EVER spending ANY money on this game unless it's the IRL CARD VERSION. You're getting legally robbed.
