They finally managed to turn what was once a rather realistic Battle Royale game, into yet another Fortnite clone filled with useless paywalled skins, crappy RNG mechanics, all sorts of Korean garbage, cringe LGBlabla stuff, cheaters and hackers are constantly having a field day and so on... Shame...

Nevertheless, I sometimes do come back to it for some solo "Last Man Standing" adrenaline vibes but that does not in any way, shape or form mean that I should recommend it, especially for what's become of it. I just visit it from time to time but I do not recommend it whatsoever to anyone for a plethora of reasons.

But old jokes aside, I was an Event Organizer, Lead Content Creator, Administrator and Lead Editor at the largest Romanian "PUBG" Discord server for 2 years and thus I've not only been "with" the game since it first launched (and even a bit before its "Early Access" stage), but I also had numerous chances to take a peek "behind the scenes" and I took all of them.


Therefore, I can attest to the fact that this game has come a LONG way. It is definitely not what it used to be and in a very good way. And even though all things must come to an end and I'm no longer affiliated with anything "PUBG" related, I can honestly say that this is still, at least in my opinion, definitely among the very best Battle Royale games out there right now.


In fact, if I were to describe the game using three words, they'd definitely be "fun", "challenging" and "addictive".
