After all these years, this game became one of the best city management games that I've ever played. The basis game has aged well, but if you played with mod (i.e. NAM, BAT and lots from Simtropolis and SC4Devotion) makes the gameplay really different and realistic, being almost comparable to modern games like Cities Skylines.
