so obv this guy is playing a character, but i'm sure there are some of his actual issues and thoughts in these as well. like the way he describes adhd and anxiety tells me he knows what it's actually like and that he likely suffers from it himself. also the bit about jacking it releasing dopamine which helps you focus and feel more clear headed is pretty recognizable, like i find myself using porn as a crutch to lean on when i feel fuzzy and out of it. and while it's more likely that my porn use creates these problems in the first place, by disregulating the amount of dopamine going through my brain during the day, i also can't help but think it can't actually be that bad as it's just a natural bodily response, and you're not using any drugs to artificially change your brain chemistry.
