ME:A is actually a really good game, far from perfection yes, but still a must play if you like Mass Effect and space games. Beautifull visuals, story is fine, writing is ok, gameplay is really good, exploration feel great.

Yes ME:A have many problems : bugs, floors in story and writing, some ugly characters, but the biggest problem is actually the players, many people wanted ME:4, which ME:A is not, its a completely different game, a standalone space game in ME univers. Many people wanted Shepard, but different, but same, but surprising, but not any surprises they don't want.
