If all/most of the hours you have spent on the maps were all from Spirit's servers, you can check the hours you spent in each map in viewed.res in your tf/media folder. But this only works if you have not changed your hardware, or else it resets the count.

The data is there somewhere, but it's going to be a lot of work to pull it out.
