EA's back end is so messed up that a sizable portion of the player base cannot play without massive packet loss and rubber banding due to EA routing these accounts through Santiago, Chile for whatever reason.

Thanks to the decisions of DICE, I cannot manually change the server I am routed to nor can I check a server browser for official servers with low ping. While portal games still work due to the server browser format, progression and XP have been disabled on most servers.

This means I am either forced to play on a server that wont give any progression or roll the dice and deal with the packet loss while hoping I don't have such high ping that I get kicked half way.

2.5 weeks after launch, season 1 just released. No fix and minimal communication with absolutely nothing on the timeline for such a fix.
