Dying Light 2??? Pwease... 😳 👉 👈

Dying Light is not only one of my favorite games from the last gen of games, but it's also made by one of the best developers out there. Polish developers, right? Europe's Canada tbh.

As for Dying Light: just get it, the value/price is unmatched. Whether you get this game when it's on sale, or at full price, it's well worth it either way.

From the beautiful, yet eery soundtrack, to the beautiful visual style that still holds up even now, this game screams originality. (Unless you count the main campaign) While the main campaign is quite cliche, and forgettable, 'The Following' offers an ending that really hits you with that classic survival horror tone. Just when you think you're an unbeatable zombie killing Batman, the game reminds you that you're not invincible.

Story aside, the gameplay is really where this game shines, and it shines as bright as King Neptune's bald ass head.
I along with many other fans will say it time and time again: play this game on Nightmare.
From the combat to the parkour, this game is silky smooth. Not only that, the progression in this is excellent.
In the beginning, you're just a slow, out of shape whelp. However, as you progress through the various challenges in the game, you'll steadily feel yourself developing into this Batman/John Wick hybrid. (You even get a grappling hook, which makes the parkour feel even faster and smoother.) There's also a PVP mode called 'Be the Zombie' which is a whole lot of fun. It's almost this Dark Souls/For Honor sort of feeling when you're fighting one another. Both the human and the zombie has its own ladder that you can move up or down on, providing the appropriate quality of weapons/cosmetics for you to earn.

Anyway, I'm not here to make the most thorough of reviews out there, just know it's well worth it. I mean, The Following might as well be Dying Light 1.5 with what you're getting for the price.
