No Viewmodel Sway

Description
This disables the built-in viewmodel sway entirely.

It's useful for... testing animations? Not entirely sure, but the option is there.

There's only one command for this:
no_viewmodel_sway_enabled - Whether this mod is enabled or not. (0 to 1)

or just only make it not sway when you're walking
