Unique Unit Upgrade Prefixes

Description
When you upgrade a Unique Unit, then realize its name hasn't changed at all?
This mod add upgrade prefixes to Unique Units, similar to the system in Age of Empires III.

Unique Unit Tier
Tier 2
Tier 3
Europe and Middle East
Guard
Imperial
Native American, Africa
Champion
Legendary
Asia
Honored
Exalted
Others*
Elite
Supreme

*Only Tier 2, or other conditions

Some prefixes are from Age of Empires III.
