100MW Reactor + Turbines

Description
Small closed-loop fission reactor. Delivers 100MW.
Can operate with low and high enrichment fuel rods.
Controllable with integrated control panel or via data port

setup instructions:
- connect coolant input (located at the side next to power output) to a Water source.
in creative the reactor is already filled with water
- Optional: connect up to 3 turbines to the ports at the back
- insert fuel rods
- flip the ON switch
- flip the Power switch
- you can turn on the screens by pressing the LED in the top-left corner of the dashboard

change fuel rods:
- turn off reactor
- wait for it to cool down. Press SCRAM to turn on the radiator. Keep power output on to
use up more heat.
- when temperature drops below 373 you can access the reactor inventory
- swap fuel rods
- reset scram and turn reactor back on

Ports side:
1x Coolant input (pumps in water to fill the loop)
1x HV power output
1x Data input/output (see Inputs, Outputs)
1x LV emergency power input/output (see LV power)
Ports side bottom:
1x Coolant tank direct access
Ports back:
3x turbine connections: Data | Steam out (red) | Steam return (green) | Power

Radiator:
Turns on during scram or meltdown.
Can be replaced with custom solution. Fluid, Data and power bridges are
located directly behind it.

Inputs:
Ch | Values | Description
0 | 0 / 1 | On/Off
1 | 0 / 1 | Output power
2 | 0 / 1 | SCRAM

Outputs:
Ch | Values | Description
0 | like Fission Reactor | Reactor status
1 | Kelvin | Avg. core temperature
2 | 0 -> 1 | reactor usage (inccurate at <1%)

LV power:
provides LV power even when power output is disabled
can also accept power to jump-start a dead reactor

The reactor was injecting 1000 Neutrons but stopped too early. I updated the code so that it keeps injecting Neutrons until the core is hot.

Your value for injecting neutrons at the start is very low. The reactor takes forever when only injecting 1 neutron to get powered up. Modified the code to inject 500 neutrons per cycle, and it starts up way faster.
