Замечательный плагин, работает превосходно, но очень мешает во время боя двойное назначение кнопкок LB/LP. вместо удара, смотерть назад, или медленно идти такое себе.

With steam input enabled the bindings are wrong and with it disabled it doesn’t work at all. I set the alternative control scheme in the settings but it didn’t help.

Не работает почему то, воркшоп бету поставил, в Gothic.ini стояло значение не то что 1, а вообще значение для маус, поменял для джойсти как написано, все равно не работает, сам геймпад работает, стоят оба мода.

Играю на дуалсенсе, всё работает хорошо. Но стоит отойти на какое-то время от пк, возвращаюсь и геймпад не работает в игре уже при этом клавиатура и мышка работают. Геймпад подключен проводом и он не отключается сам при бездействии. Что делать?

is there any way to change the quick access keybind from 3 to any other button? I'm playing a mod that uses 3 for drawing a secondary weapon and I would like to have that keybind available for mapping on my controller using steam input

Hello.

I was using this mod for the first time a few days ago. When I first used it there were additional options like increasing the speed. All of a sudden when I started playing the game one day the speed option and a few others disappeared leaving only the basic options. I tried reinstalling it as well as setting the file to _ALL as in instructed in one of the posts, but it didn't help. Is there a way to enable the speed option?

The mod works, but I have one problem. When I go to the quest log I can only select the first and last quest on the list. Moving the stick down takes me to the last quest on the list. Moving up takes me back to the first. I can't select anything in between and have to use the keyboard.

Еще не корректно работала навигация в меню дневника.

В итоге просто удалил мод и установил снова, все стало работать нормально.

For Steam Deck: choose the Template „Gameplay with mouse trackpad” otherwise Steam loads a custom community template that is super confusing. You need to do this in addition to disabling steam input in the settings. You are welcome!

@Toullaf подсказка физически привязана к кнопке. У вас стим инпут работает, а не геймпад.

Баг. По умолчанию кнопка крестовины влево - это статус (как написано в подсказке), но вместо открытия меню совершается отскок

i have a problem when i im attacking and moving my camera rotate, im talking about RB button on xbox controller

Okay I'm super confused.
So at first I didnt have alternative or enableJoystick and changed it to what it should be. With joystick set to 0 it...dindt work, so set it to 1 and it works but no matter what I always have the same issue.

If, im moving left or right I can't attack. It either looks behind or does nothing? Is this a game bug, or controls interfering with each other?
Also when moving on keyboard left and right the camera chases the character to keep up, however with this it moves at same speed. Is the character slower on controller ofrr some reason?

Согласен со СКУФИК - обернуться на RB это крайне неудобно. Нашел ли кто-то решение, как изменить это? Я так понял под каждое изменение надо создавать файл с настройками?

i had the problem that i couldn't lock pick because on dpad left the stat screen (B) opened instead of turning the lockpick left, so i created the file "statscreen.gamepad.overlay" in the G1 system folder, and it contains:

target lock doesnt work. It locks target for about 0.5 sek and then unlock

Gravy_ go to gothic.ini anc and copy past enableJoystick=0 at the bottom than save the edit. also make sure your clicking mods and not play gothic classic.

I am on a steam deck, am in beta branch, subbed to union, ninja and zGamepad. Enable joystick set to zero, and steam input is disabled. Bur the gamepad and camera preset is not working, it does not respond at all. Setting controller sheme to wasd and mouse is the the only preset that gothic responds. But I do have gamepad ic9n tips, and the save in new slot each time is working. Halp?

I got this to work by enabling the steam input setting and copying enableJoystick=0

Спасибо большое за мод. В тысячу раз комфортнее играть на геймпаде в готику. Но появился вопрос. можно ли как-то поменять назначение клавиш на геймпаде. мне не нравится то, что обернуться стоит на RB. И когда во время битвы ты хочешь бежать, а после сразу ударить на RB. То включается взгляд назад. хотел бы поменять или убрать вовсе. мне не сильно нужна эта функция. Добавьте такую возможность, если можно. Либо подскажите, пожалуйста, как можно убрать оборот назад вообще. Заранее спасибо

My mistake, by the second link shows an example patch for the G2 engine only. Maybe I'll update it for the G1 engine too, but not now.

I created the files described for problem 2 and copy pasted the code directly but I am getting a Illegal Opcode crash. I wonder if this is because Gothic 1 and not 2 or a mod incompatibility? I'm not well versed enough to tell.

I wonder if someone could help me with some overwrites.

1. I have managed to make a overwrite to switch Jump and Ready weapon with eachother from Y and X on xbox controller. I tried to just rebind the keys in game on the keyboard but every time I restart the game I have to do it again. I guess the mod detects what key is assigned to those actions and just sets the binding on start up. The only problem with my overwrite is I can no longer swim under water with any key.

2. I am playing a mod that includes the Free Aim mod but I can't move my aim left or right, while aiming. I can aim up and down though. Aiming works on the pad by holding the block or "parade" key and directional inputs. On the Mouse you hold LMB down and aim with the mouse and it works on all axis if i use M&KB. I've tried to overwrite the right stick while in ranged mode, but I cant figure it out. There doesnt seem to be a RightStick directional action like there is for left stick for one...

Any tips?

@Khagrin This bug appears in original inventory too, not only advanced inventory. As possible solution, you can tune "Scale" parameter or parameters of inventory (columns/rows/size,...). For advanced inventory you can make it via
invAdvCntRows=9
invAdvCntCol=6
invSizeCell=350
...

Can you set the settings to English? They are in German for me.

Doesn't work at (in my case) with xbox gamepad. I followed the instructions to the latter. Surprisingly, enabling steam input for pad works, but it would seem some controls are missing.

Is it possible to do something about this without changing interface scale?

Я чет вообще не понимаю - Если включить систему ввода Steam, то джойстик начинает работать, но непонятно как управлять, а если отключить то всё.
