Original Artwork

All sales of original artwork are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any original art pieces. Each work is one-of-a-kind, and we take great care in describing and photographing our artworks accurately.

Prints, Merchandise, and Other Items

We accept returns for non-original items (such as prints, apparel, or merchandise) within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected].

  • Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.

  • We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Original artwork (all sales final)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

Exchanges

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
