We are a woman owned business. We set out to fix the never ending search for loose bra pads that have come out of your sports bras in the washer/dryer. No more stuffing pads back into bras or trying to flatten out creased pads. We designed a stylish and comfortable sports bra with fixed cups that stay in position and give you great shape and support!

Jessica - Founder
My name is Jessica. I am a Mom to two beautiful little boys in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. My family is my whole world. As a stay-at-home Mom of two tiny humans who are always on the move, my daily uniform requires athleisure wear which is why I became so passionate about the product we are creating. I hope you are as excited as we are!
Carter - Co-Founder
Hello, I’m Carter, I grew up in Illinois, I now live in Eastern Tennessee. I am a Family Medicine Physician Assistant, medicine is my passion. Working with patients to ultimately help them feel their best is so rewarding! This same passion for “fixing” is where Teleios comes in. In 2022, my sister-in-law, Jess, brought the “fixed cup bra” idea to me. I loved it from the beginning and we knew others had to have the same frustrations with removable cup sports bras. We hope to “fix” your laundry routine and put an end to the days of lumpy/creased bra pads.
Emily - Co-Founder
Hello, I am Emily, an account manager in media sales in central Illinois. I’m passionate about traveling, you’ll find me either on top of a mountain or exploring shipwrecks while scuba diving. I’m a fitness enthusiast. A mama to three fur babies- Mesa, Mr. Cheddars, and Little Oats! in 2023, one of my best friends and our founder, Jess introduced me to the groundbreaking concept of fixed cups! You mean there’s a world where I don’t have to play hide and seek with my bra pads? Sign me up! I’m honored to be apart of a company created by women, for women.
Leah - Co-Founder
Hello! I’m Leah, I’m a Chicago girl by heart, but currently live in the Sunshine State where I’m the Director of Critical Care at a major hospital, overseeing 175+ nurses. I am a proud Northwestern University Alumni, Go Wildcats! I’m a Mom to a lively four-year-old boy, proud owner of two French Bulldogs, one Pomeranian, and two Guinea Pigs. I’m passionate about healthcare, education, and the joy of my family! I look forward to sharing our brand Teleios with all of you!
Our Name and Logo: The Story Behind Teleios Fit
Starting a company is a journey of passion, purpose, and countless decisions, and one of the most pivotal choices we faced was finding the perfect name. We spent hours brainstorming, considering names that reflected our values and vision, but nothing quite clicked—until we discovered Teleios Fit
Teleios comes from the Greek word meaning "perfect" or "complete," a concept that resonated deeply with us. We wanted our name to reflect the belief that every woman deserves a product designed with care and precision—a product that is truly a perfect fit. Teleios Fit represents more than just apparel; it’s a symbol of empowerment, confidence, and the pursuit of excellence in everything we do. Our bras aren’t just about fitting your body—they’re about fitting your lifestyle, your goals, and your need for comfort without compromise.
To bring this vision full circle, we knew our logo needed to reflect the same depth and meaning. That’s when we were drawn to the lotus flower, an image often associated with Hera, the Greek goddess of women, family, and strength. Hera’s connection to the lotus flower is not just symbolic but inspiring; it represents rebirth, resilience, and beauty. As a women-owned company, the lotus felt like the perfect emblem for Teleios Fit—a reminder that women are powerful, strong, and capable of blossoming through all of life’s challenges.
