I also have heard that N-scale train building also scale well with 1/144th scale.
So something I been doing for some time now for my 30mm kits is using a small drill to install 3 millimeter magnets into their feet to help with stability.
Its super handy for me as I use a large metal plate as a base for taking photos
But its super handy for kits with super small feet, like most girlpla.
Combine with these little metal rectangles they can let you display them on shelves without the worry of them falling over as much.

She is from a brand of possible model kits made by Bandai called 30 minute missions! She a type of mech called an Acerby (Ace sir bee is how I say it). She also comes in 5 colors and flavors!
