How did you start making themes? How do I start?

I started with just messing with html. Changing sizes, margins, etc. seeing how it changes the theme. It seems hard, but once you learn what everything means, it’s pretty easy. I suggest to do the same as I did. Mess around with html, learn the terms, and everything will become easier from there.

I need help with, I want to change this, something isn’t working, etc.
