Sometimes it rains really hard in Atlanta

Regardless of how good the reason the fact the Lillith went to Heaven the one place Lucifer can’t follow feels very significant.

Like Lu isn’t happy about being banished. I think he would want to at least vist f he could it was his home and, Lillith had never been there befor her 7 year trip.

I’d be shocked if this isn’t a point of conflict for them.

Ribbit’s hand, bolded letters in Caine’s blue screen, and the bathroom stall behind Jax all say “Chill Fellas”.

l-egionaire:

You know, considering we now know Lucifer based the Ars Goetia on the Speaker of God, I wonder if, when he created Razzle and Dazzle, they were based on the Cherubs.

rat-rambles:

You know actually narratively Charile starts off the show seeming to viwe Lucifer as all bad and Lillith as all good.

image
image
image
image

So much of there relationship starting with more than anything is renegotiateing there new relationship now that Charlie is a adult and, alot of that is Charlie realizing he’s like a full person.

It would make scence if the inverse happens to Lillith. If Charlie realizes this person who she’s idolized her whole life, who she thought was the greatest good is actually a deeply flawed person.

image

Like Charlie singing her praise may as well be a neon sign saying she will do something fucked up.

WHO ARE THESE ANGELS?!

image

This bugs me the more I think about it. Because they have distinct silhouettes, markings, and halos. They also all have six wings, and it’s not the first time we see them.

image

I know I’m not the first to make this connection, and others have made whole AUs around these mystery angels. But I am personally DYING to know who they are in the actual context of the show because you don’t create distinct (if currently minimalist) character designs and use them more than once unless you plan for a payoff in the future.

The most I can gather is that they are the “Elders of Heaven” Charlie mentions in the beginning of episode 1, but what does that mean? Are they Michael, Gabriel, and other Biblical angels like so many think they are? And whether they are or aren’t, why haven’t we seen them in the show beyond these silhouettes? Where are they? Why is Sera the only one running the show, and why can’t she call on them? (She seemed really frustrated she could only talk to Abel and St. Peter when trying to figure out what to do about Hell.)

And why does Lucifer look so afraid when he thinks of them?

image

The obvious answer is that they took part in banishing him from Heaven and he was “crushed by them,” but I want more details! What exactly did they do? And I don’t think it’s a coincidence there are seven of them if you include Lucifer- seven is the magic number in this show. Seven sins, seven years, etc.

Since next season is the Morningstar season according to Vivzie and we are apparently in for some Lucifer angst, I’m hoping for some flashbacks to before Lucifer’s Fall. I want to know who these angels are!

GIVE ME ANSWERS, VIVZIE. 😤

Is Pentagram City Inside a Crater?

image

Because it’s surrounded by jagged rocks on all sides, and it looks a little sunken into the ground.

And if it is a crater, I have to wonder…

Lucifer is a Fallen Angel, and that city is directly beneath Heaven. Did Lucifer build a city inside the crater he and Lilith made when they landed in Hell?!

DID THEY LAND HARD ENOUGH TO MAKE A CRATER BIG ENOUGH TO HOLD AN ENTIRE FREAKING CITY?!

Ok I have an insane theory about hazbin hotel but the more I think about it the less crazy it sounds

Rosie is really Lilith.

image
image

First of all their appearance is really similar. Like look at them.

Secondly, the fact that rosie is insanely powerful. Powerful enough to make alastor the most powerful sinner in hell. I don’t think just any overlord could do that.

And her determination to help Charlie. In season 1 we see her encouraging Charlie, giving her advice and acting very motherly.

In season 2 we learn that she is forcing al to babysit the hotel. Not even he knows why. But it would make sense if it was to protect her daughter.

demonic-gryphon:

Anyway Lilith clearly made a deal with Adam to back down from her rebellion and be kept prisoner in Heaven in exchange for her family’s safety and one of her conditions is that she can’t contact them but she still keeps her phone on her because every text or voicemail from Lucifer or Charlie is confirmation that they’re still alive.

divine0rdainment:

Funny little question.

If Abel gets nosebleeds when nervous or anxious and panicked….does….does Adam?

Cuz like….

image

First time we see his real face, he has a nosebleed.

Like yes, It could absolutely be because Lucifer punched him in the goddamn face. But also wouldn’t it be funnier if part of the reason he wears the mask is not only to hide his emotions and also to look scary to Sinners in hell, but also to hide that when he panics he gets nosebleeds like his son? That would be funny. Do I think it’s true? No, but I like it. XD

I’m now headcanoning that this nose bleed isn’t cuz Luci hit him, but because Lucifer, the king of fucking hell, who he KNOWS is strong enough to kick his ass, is MAD at him for hitting his kid. And now Luci is going to fuck him…up. And Adam is scared shitless and is panicked, but he’s too damn prideful to show it or even to run back to heaven for help or to stay safe. So he’s panicking the whole fight even tho he’s covering it with anger.

Yep, that’s the head canon now. Do with it as you will.

‼️‼️Season 2 Spoilers ‼️‼️

There’s an irony in the fact that Lucifer, a snake, was the first to be banished to hell…

image
image

And that the first redeemed soul also happened to be a snake, which is Sir Pentious.

image

Maybe this was intentional??? Tell me your thoughts about this in the comments plz 🙏

Edit: Idk how to create the “keep reading” thing, so sorry to those who hadn’t watched season 2 and walked into me yapping 🥲

I only JUST realised this insane parallel between season one and two omg

You know something interesting? In the last few episodes, we’ve seen how quickly Caine can be summoned with just a single shout of his name.

image
image
image
image

But in the Pilot episode, no matter how many times Pomni called for him, he was nowhere to be found. Why?

image

And then you have the ending of the last episode — Kinger brings up Scratch, the first abstraction. And Caine panics. We don’t know why he does, but we know there’s some secrets there.

image
image

Which brings me back to the Pilot. It’s starting to seem like he was intentionally avoiding responsibility with Kaufmo, rather than just being distracted. And when he is told about Kaufmo abstracting, his reaction is, well … a joke to deflect.

image

He’s for sure involved in the abstractions in some way.

I’m starting to wonder if Lute just. Can’t refuse orders. Because we’ve seen multiple times now she’s been near frothing at the mouth to kill and main and tear and someone (Abel or Sera) tells her to back down. And she does! And she clearly doesn’t WANT to, but we see that she DOES call Lilith off, she DOES back down from her triumphant fight. And I could totally see Adam being like “I want a bitch who can’t tell me NO.”

I’ll get off my soap box in a sec but I keep finding myself thinking about Lute’s part of Hear My Hope.

Bc it starts off normal! She says “I’m here to commit genocide crimes.” and does her evil laugh and shit. BUT she gives Vaggi a chance to back down. We all know Lute WANTS this fight, wants to kill Vaggi and rip out her eye, but she pivots to “Don’t resist”, implying that if Vaggi stood back they would’ve collected Emily and left. Even when she WANTS blood she’s following Sera’s directive, to get Emily, even if it takes her away from her favorite racism chew toy.

It also adds something interesting to how Lute acts during the gift basket debacle. Again, Lute is full of disgust and hatred towards everyone, Charlie especially (she seems to blame her for Adam’s death the most), but never once does she come unglued. Emily is a powerful woman but it took her two arms to lift Alastor- I really don’t think she was physically stopping Lute when she goes off on Vox. And she backs down then, too! She RETREATS??? Willingly????

Lute is constantly shown as having no chill. That’s her character. She doesn’t have patience, and she isn’t subtle about her feelings- she literally yelled at the Speaker in her house in front of EVERYONE. And, AGAIN, she backs down. Sera tells her to halt her plans for Lilith, and she DOES. Spitefully, but she does it.

I feel like I’m overthinking but it would also be a REALLY interesting concept, and add even more fucked uppery with her and Adams toxic ass relationship.
