I was gonna leave this ask here, probably to die, because I couldn’t think of anything. Then I thought, “ah, I have some things to say about Sonic’s plane! for some reason! I’ll do that”
And now this is a “read more” post. so.

-Sonic will sometimes take to repairing the Tornado on his own. Everyone always forgets that it’s his plane until they see it flying without Tails in the cockpit or spot Sonic out giving it a few adjustments… or, more commonly, hitting the hood a few times and spinning the propellers by hand and saying “good enough” if that fixes it

-Oh, and Sonic’s first step to fixing anything is to give it a whack first, tools later. He’s not a welcome assistant in Tails’ workshop.

-He sleeps in. Odd places. This is already semi-canon imo with him sleeping in trees and in nature in general, but sometimes you can catch him on the roof or kicking back in the Tornado or on it’s wing.

-“Maybe… he’s photosynthisising?” -Tails, probably
