Free Returns for Defects or Shipping Issues

Personal Preference Returns
As a general policy, we do not accept returns for personal reasons after delivery.
Exceptions may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

Return shipping costs, duties, and fees will be deducted from the refund

For defects or damage, please attach photos. -
Return the Item as Received
Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and labels. -
Care Instructions for Leather Items
Please avoid water, oils, sharp objects, and prolonged direct sunlight before returning.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed 1–2 weeks after the returned item arrives at our Japan warehouse.
For credit card payments, timing may vary depending on your bank.
Important Notes on Duties and Taxes (DDP)
All prices include customs duties and import taxes.
No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
If a return is required due to local regulations or delivery refusal, standard return conditions apply, and related shipping and import costs will be deducted from the refund.
