Free Returns for Defects or Shipping Issues

We offer free return shipping for items that meet one of the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues

  • Incorrect items received

  • Damage that occurred during shipping

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.


Personal Preference Returns

As a general policy, we do not accept returns for personal reasons after delivery.

Exceptions may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be completely unused and in original condition

  • Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs, duties, and fees will be deducted from the refund


How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us First
    Reach out within 10 days of delivery and include your order number.
    For defects or damage, please attach photos.

  2. Return the Item as Received
    Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and labels.

  3. Care Instructions for Leather Items
     Please avoid water, oils, sharp objects, and prolonged direct sunlight before returning.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed 1–2 weeks after the returned item arrives at our Japan warehouse.
 For credit card payments, timing may vary depending on your bank.


Important Notes on Duties and Taxes (DDP)

All prices include customs duties and import taxes.
No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

If a return is required due to local regulations or delivery refusal, standard return conditions apply, and related shipping and import costs will be deducted from the refund.
