The different flavoured rums has upped our cocktail game. I lean towards rum based cocktails anyway and it’s been fun playing with different flavour profiles in classic recipes.

We bought a mixture of the Spiced Rum and the Caramel and Yuzu Lime Rum Liqueurs and they went down an absolute treat!

I was never really into Rum until I tried 52 North. It really is good stuff, almost too good! The perfect accompaniment to a great night.
