Ill just write a review because I want people to what people to know what they will get before having to pay, and this is actually in my opinion one of the best lead finders. With A-Leads you can filter properly on industry, job title, company size and location, and actually narow things down without it getting messy or overcomplicated. It’s simple to use, but still powerful enough if you know what you’re doing.

The data quality is the big thing for me. Emails are verified, so bounce rates stay low. Phone numbers are often direct lines, not just switchboards. The enrichment is solid too. You get job titles, Linkedin profiles, company info, industry tags, and sometimes tech stack and other firmographic data. When you export a list, it is actually ready to use. You do not have to spend extra time cleaning or cross checking everything.

It does not have the most advanced enterprise level analytics built in, but for pure lead generation and enrichment it is more than good enough. Espesially considering what you pay.

Another thing I like is that you are not wasting money on bad data. You are basically paying for usable, verified leads, which makes a big difference if you are running outbound at scale. It also connects easily to your CRM, so you can move fast once you have built your list.

Overall it just feels efficient. You get good data, strong enrichment and solid volume for the price. Honestly, if you are serious about lead gen, A-Leads is a really good choice.

This company is a scam. I register for their free trial on with my 2nd email. The free trial supposed to end on the 27th of January 2026. I booked a demo with one of their representative on the 26th to understand how it works and if it will fit my need. After the demo call I cancelled my free trail because it will not work for what I actually need. To my surprised, I received no email confirmation of the cancellation. But since on the account it was showing cancel, I told mysel everthing is fine. Only to noticed that my cardx got billed on the 27th. I have been tring to contact the company since with no success. I even booked another demo call because of that and I explained to the guy my situation. he shared his professional email with me and asked me to send my complain to him so that he can share with their finance department. Since then he did not get back to me. I sent him reminders with not feedback from him. I tried several time to chat them in the account, no human will respond, only AI. I sent email to their support, no response until now. Finally I responded to their CEO welcome message that was sent to me when I registered for the free trial and explained the whole situation. Until now, no feedback from them. No one replies. This is the only place I think my voice can be heard. I hope they finaly attend to my request and cancel my subscription and refund my money.

Signed up for a 3-day free trial supposedly risk free, and before I had the opportunity to cancel was charged 990USD before the 2-day mark.

Customer support will actively ignore you, even when estimates say they are online. The phone number is impossible to reach, and not even present inside the software.

I wanted to trial the software, and now I have to suffer the consequences. Disgusting, misleading practices. Do not give them your money.

What I like most about this tool is that it feels built by people who actually do outbound. There’s no unnecessary complexity, and no fake promise of “millions of leads.” You get relevant contacts, accurate emails, solid phone numbers, and an intent filter that genuinely helps you focus on the right prospects. Instead of blasting volume and hoping something sticks, we’re having better conversations with fewer leads. For us, that’s been a big shift in how we approach outbound.

And if you want to cancel, make sure you record your screen, along with the date, time and timezone if you choose to cancel. Appears that they've just flat-out rejected multiple versions of the same issue when cancelling following the 'free' trial. And just charge peoples cards anyway.

Their website is broken. The website only allows you to sign up to their middle tier. Even if you choose a different option.

I used the free trial before changing my subscription to the intended tier at the end of the trial. This lead to my card to be charged for both the bottom and middle tiers on the same day at the end of the trial.

Due to this issue I was charged twice. Ending up being overcharged by more than A$1,500.

I followed them up on this. Over the course of a month I was ignored. Only ever got 2 messages back from their 'Support' team (on multiple support tickets) before they immediately ignored my messages. Looking at the other reviews, it's presumably because they are aware of the issue but refuse to resolve the problem.

The whole experience has soured an otherwise great platform, the system is easy to use and leads are decent. Just not worth being double charged or not being able to get hold of anyone.

The only available support is via a chatbot. No phone number (As promised on their support page) and emails sent to their support inbox are ignored. Would be as simple as refunding an issue and I'd be a big supporter of the platform. What a shame!

massive scam operation happening by A leads. Will not cancel your trial when you cancel and will charge you $1500 after.

They will NOT CANCEL YOUR FREE TRIAL even if you do it within the period. So imagine my shock when I woke up to a $1500 aud charge on my card because these scammers lie about cancellation? Hence they didn’t send an email the first time when I cancelled and refuse to refund.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OPERATION.

Signed up to the 3-day trial which involved putting a card forward. Upon every click it asked me to upgrade, it didn't work, it didn't enrich a single lead. I cancelled the subscription within 20-minutes, I was sent an email saying the subscription was cancelled (still almost 3-days left on the trial). I was then charged $1,200 3-days later.

They charged my CC for 900 dollars. I did not authorize the $990 charge. I canceled my membership immediately after using the service for only a few minutes, and this was still within the 3-day trial period.

Really bad customer support. They charged my credit card twice - i've cancelled the tool during the free trial but they charged my credit card 2 months. No one is answering on whatsapp or mail.

I went through this website to try the free trial. Before signing up, I asked the AI in the website if I put in my credit card number, when I will be charged. The answer was after the free trial.
Straight after joining I was charged and didn't have a chance for the free trial.
Contacted customer service, after three days, still no body cared to reply to me. The main contact number on the website isn't active either

Platform is easy to use and does what it is intended for. Easy leads that are quality.

BIGGEST SCAMMERS EVER!
I started my free trial, after a day I wanted to quit because I didn't need it anymore. We switched from outreach method and I canceled it. I still got charged while I'm 100% sure I canceled. Emailed 7 times and opened the chat with a lot of messages, but no reply anywhere.

If I were you, don't ever get this subscription with these scammers.

Complete scam. Pretty sure cancelled trial on time but was charged. When contacted support being told cancellation didnt proceed. Havent used even the trial credits but denied refund.
