Mary the mighty

Mary, on customer support is just amazing. They offer the best support if you ever need help. To speak of the product, well as I have said in a previous review, my dog has epilepsy, and this spray (how can the dog know?), has reduced fits from weekly to maybe one or 2 a year. Same diet, same excercise, add to that his coat feels amazing.

I’ve been a customer for quite some…

I’ve been a customer for quite some time but was having real trouble with the ordering app. This has been sorted and the checkout is now painless .
Good product but I would appreciate some kind of loyalty discount as product is not cheapest.

Not great any longer

I have previously had a great relationship with this company but thingshave changed. I ordered 2 4800mg bottle of oil. I thought I'd ordered citrus flavour but on arrival found I'd ordered natural flavour which I cant stand make my throat sore. There's 14 day return possible but you have to contact them first. I have attempted to contact them twice and no response at all. This will leave me £75 out of pocket. I don't work so this is alot of money to me.

I've been with you for approximately 5…

I've been with you for approximately 5 years, and always had incredible service. Which matches the incredible product.
If I had to give a slight minus I'm finding the Web site more difficult to manage, which is probably me, I usually get there in the end after a couple of goes at it.

Fab flavours

I always order my CBD oil from access CBD. It's always well packaged, always on time & the flavours are fab. I like how they sell CBD in spray bottles as I couldn't always tell how many drops with the pipette.
