The delivery is always late
The delivery is always late, this time it was late for a week instead of 2-3 days promised. Also, when I paid extra for DHL delivery, it wasn't delivered on time and I had to go to collect it myself.

When you repeat your previous order, you pay tens of euros more than when you google your lens brand. Outrageous!
Never repeat your order.
Tip: google first, select what you need, put in shopping cart, log in and pay. This saved me 4x 90 pieces of lenses total € 62.40
