Do you need a refund? Have a sit...

My main issue with Alensa is how long it takes to get your money back if something goes wrong.

Although the customer service agent was polite and responsive, the refund process itself was very slow. From a customer perspective, waiting close to a month to receive a refund is simply not acceptable.

This experience made the whole process feel risky and stressful. Even though Alensa’s prices can be lower, it is not worth ordering from them if there is any issue, because you may be left waiting weeks to get your money back.

In the end, I chose to buy from another retailer with clearer, more customer-friendly policies, even at a higher price. Good communication cannot make up for slow refunds and restrictive policies.

This time nothing worked

Booked the expedite service, we didn't get lenses. After one week we asked for refund... Waiting for it...

Extremely disappointing experience – nonexistent customer service

I had a very negative experience with Alensa. After placing an order, I was informed that the product was unavailable. I immediately requested to cancel the order and receive a refund, but my request was completely ignored.

Without my consent, the order was modified and shipped anyway. I had to refuse the delivery, and I was told that the refund would only be processed after the package was returned to their warehouse – a completely unreasonable procedure, especially since the issue was entirely on their end.

Customer service was inefficient and showed no interest in resolving the issue. No attention to the customer, no willingness to fix the problem promptly.

A company that handles orders this way and treats customers so poorly does not deserve trust.

Comprendiamo pienamente il suo disappunto per la gestione dell’ordine e ci scusiamo dell'errore. La modifica e la successiva spedizione del prodotto, nonostante la sua richiesta di annullamento, non avrebbero dovuto verificarsi.
Purtroppo, per procedura interna, il rimborso può essere emesso solo al rientro del pacco nei nostri magazzini. Siamo consapevoli che in questo caso la situazione sia stata causata da una nostra gestione errata e per questo ci stiamo attivando per accelerare il processo di rimborso il più possibile.
La sua esperienza è stata sicuramente lontana dai nostri standard, e prenderemo quanto accaduto come spunto per migliorare.
